So yeah... maybe the turtle slowly waking up that he was just a Laptog for reddit and thrown away as soon as they didnt need him anymore ( moderation is allways a volunteer thing and shouldnt be like a 2nd job ).

Reddit activated a word filter that whenever you say "fuck spez", your comment won't show up for anyone else. I just tested it on ModCoord. they're also deleting spez memes from the subs they nuked lo (lemmy.world)

the OP asked how are they gonna remove them all, so I replied they'll run a query for terms like "fuck spez". only to find my comment invisible, because they're already blocking it. spez protective word filter, it's active right now.

r/Blind's Moderator's have met with Reddit. They say the admins didn't allow them to discuss API changes or 3rd party apps during the meeting. Also, it's not clear if the official app will have modera (www.reddit.com)
