I think it is a Reddit habit. People don't understand that Lemmy is so small that you could literally make a post in a community that has been dormant for months, and it might still make the top of "all".
Lemmy is a fairly small space. LemmyNSFW is even smaller. You do not need to spam your picture in multiple communities in this instance.
