Pixelfed is growing like crazy (as always make sure to read the Y-axis labels)

Hopefully they get good integration with Lemmy and get some of that content showing up over here too lol

I like most of Daima but this was a pretty weak episode honestly
more awkward powerscaling with Vegeta throwing in the towel and needing a healing bug after getting hit a couple of times? and they didn't try going super saiyan until the very end? ok lol
these are demons that were afraid of Dabura's strength, but apparently their guns and grenades are pretty good idk
Hybis continues to be hilarious
hexbear is defederated, which is basically a firewall block
you can comment on content that was previously copied to our instance yes, but your comment won't get mirrored over to hexbear, and they can't see it or reply either
I guess I'll subscribe to (note that NodeBB doesn't give Lemmy that backfill posts, so you'll only see new posts if you're the first person from your instance to subscribe)
I wonder if the default should be changed, do people actually like Active?
Scaled is only good for Subscribed I think, it's not great for All, at least not for new users
is there something like this for Mastodon? I think microblogging really needs a content discovery algorithm for the mainstream audience
I'm especially looking forwards to The 11th Hour and The 7th Guest VR!
This is cool, seems to work pretty well, and an easy way to find communities you want to subscribe to
I feel like the default view should be "All".
That's an option for the server admin
Lol I've been spotted
Nobody in general says "you need to join e-mail", it's usually "join GMail" or "join Yahoo". I don't know how it would be solved without detracting from the "choose the instance that is right for you" experience though
No I think you're right, give them an instance. They won't have enough knowledge to choose an instance anyways. If they don't like the one you gave them then they can move later.
