Why hire juniors when you can hire desperate mid-levels for junior salaries?

I’ve had the same problem with a few Kreg pocket screws. Which is annoying because they aren’t exactly cheap.

My E-61 espresso machine. The machine isn’t that old but the design dates back to 1961. Popping the cover for maintenance reminds me of working on an old car.
