If it doesn't fit just flip her over. It's usually a pretty tight fit. It might take a few tries if you don't have visual confirmation like when reaching for the rear.

The reason you need permits and licensed contractors to do most work on your home is because most people would rather have something convenient and cheap then care about property values. Take an inspector to a random open house in your neighborhood and ask them how much stuff they find wrong and use that to see if the owner will lower the price of the house. Then watch how quickly you get laughed out because they already have half a dozen offers over asking price, which is probably already inflated as is. The housing market in America is a joke since COVID.

In a country where housing is being sold at 150%+ of asking price this is completely irrelevant. So many paper millionaires are one step away from homelessness because property values are out of control.

Yup, that's the one. I'd hardly call that a win though.

That includes the Central Florida Tourism Oversight District, formerly called Reedy Creek. After DeSantis usurped power, more than 30 workers resigned amid claims of mismanagement, Florida reporter Jason Garcia wrote last October. The departures were in key management positions, such as the district administrator, chief financial officer, building official, fire chief and district clerk. In an exit survey, a department director said, “The district is no longer functional” and that new leadership is “unqualified and incompetent.”

This ended with a win for DeSantis in an out of court settlement that included having some members of the Disney board being pushed out and replaced with DeSantis loyalists. So no, I doubt that Disney will see it through.

Guaranteed 10 min break every two hours

PAID 10 minute breaks, as in you don't have to clock out. Also gonna add that you get extra breaks if working outdoors during extreme heat, 95+ iirc.

Looking at the other comments I guess it depends on the state. I'm in my 30s and have had a few friends over the years tell me that they sued, and won, their employers for missing breaks. Needless to say all of my managers/bosses have gone out of their way to make sure I get my breaks to avoid that happening. I have even heard of situations where people just randomly get a check in the mail because somebody else sued the company and after an audit it was discovered that the company was not allowing for proper breaks. This forced all past employees to get compensated for it. California in case you're wondering.

"Breaking news on the flight of gang members heading to El Salvador. Violence erupts on the plane mid flight as the permanent resident who voluntarily went to tour the prison in El Salvador decides to join the ranks of the Venezuelan gang and gets jumped in. Authorities could not intervene in the violent ritual due to fear of losing control of the plane, making her the latest person to be added to the list of prisoners as she is now a full member of the gang. Authorities claim she was given the option of being deported to her home country in South Korea but chose to go to the prison with the rest of the gang members instead stating they are her new family. Her status of permanent resident has been revoked and she is no longer allowed in the country."
