I meant that Americans think their copy is the original in both cases. I only really know the UK office. I forgot we even had an Aussie spin off tbh. It was in the news for one week and then forgotten about.

This is framed as a renting issue. But it's a general housing issue that affects both renters and owners. Houses cost more, insurance costs more, any maintenance work costs more, body corporates cost more. There's really no way to escape the rising costs of housing.
