Is the new Fallout TV show depressing? in c/[email protected]

Its dramatic and grim but not terribly depressing. I have only seen the first episode so far so I cant speak beyond the first hour. I'm honestly impressed with how they captured a lot of the Fallout theme, mostly the naïve positivity of corporate mascot posters that are literally plastered over the blood stains. Loved the symbolism there.

Im just getting into the hobby and i think currently each player gets a zone to deploy in and cannot have more than half their armies' point value held in reserve. I dont believe either player can deploy in the other player's zone either. This scenario is probably the reason why these changes exist lol
