It's bait for the media (and everyone else) so they have something funny to feed their audience and can pretend it's just silly nonsense while ignoring the part that authorizes the "President" to acquire Greenland.
Also, if you post screenshots of misinformation, put a red x (like ❌) or something over it so that the readers recognize the content as untrue garbage. Otherwise they might just see it repeated and it gets reinforced in their brain.
