This is actually doesn't change much. It just means that Ukrainians need to cross the border once a year, like everyone else instead of once every 3 years

That country is already a libertarian paradise (or hellhole, depends on how you see it) - what else are they going to save money on?
The thought of Russia trying to blockade all of Norway's coast had me chuckle. It would be a hilarious clusterfuck and they'd need to "retreat as an act of goodwill" or something, to the bottom of the sea very fast
