It exists - it's called ENS (Ethereum Name Service). All domain names and associated data (like adresses) are stored in the blockchain and accessed through P2P network (Think Torrent-like) with strong cryptographic security.

Trivial answer is there - They raised voltage to whooping 1kV (compared to 480V in tesla chargers) - but that creates a whole bunch of new issues
Tesla chargers are already using liquid cooling to keep the charging cord from overheating. I don't even want to know how overengineered this thing must be

Playing #blackmythwukong since yesterday. Wonderful game. Too bad they placed horribly difficult boss at the very start. I suggest looking into guides about defeating it.
On the tehnical note, it's one of the very few games where FSR frame gen does a pretty good job without input lag causing too many issues
