Somehow the falling upwards trend seems to be impressive to the poors. Regular people fall on their faces when they fail this hard. Those people are losers. The difference is that you can pick yourself up and keep going if that wasn't all they money in the world that you owned.

Go easy on him. He can't admit to himself that he got scammed. He knew in his heart of hearts that trash cans shouldn't cost $80K, but he didn't want to embarrass himself in front of his friends.
