Just found out @RodneyAnonymous@mas.to is on mastodon. For those of you unfamiliar or uninitiated think Dead Milkmen.

He does a great show every Friday on ynot radio. Plenty of goth darkwave and Industrial on tap. It's been over a year since I listened last. Just life and everything else getting in the way. But I will definitely be tuning in this Friday and I hope a few of you will as well.

I totally spaced and forgor to check it out. Will try again this Friday and/or Sunday. Oh wait, it's archived on that link you gave: https://www.ynotradio.net/rodney.php 15 minutes in, great stuff so far.

Rodney does it the Friday of the first full week of the month. So a once a month thing. But yes all his past shows are archived. And having listened to quite a few of them. They are well worth listening to. He is a DJ after my own heart. Though he did surprise me with one group I hadn't heard before on Friday. But he definitely knows his stuff. Also he is full on on the fediverse. So don't be afraid to follow him if you have Mastodon. Despite his name recognition and successes he's a very approachable affable guy.

I hadn't heard of most the groups he played in that stream, but it was all killer, a great set of selections.

Check out the ones he mentioned as well. He mentioned Stephen Archer at the start of the set stoneburner is an awesome project as is Ego likeness which he's involved with both. I've not met him myself. But he's a friend of a friend. At one point we were going to have an online space in a type of metaverse as an art gallery of his works. But that was about the time the pandemic hit and things fell apart a bit.
