Ha! It'd make a great pursuit car, but I expect maintenance costs and risk of repair after rough treatment excludes it from that role.

The rule of thumb for exotics/classics is that you should budget the same amount as the purchase price for maintenance.

That excludes insurance, which is usually at least 10% of the purchase price per year.

It also excludes depreciation, and mileage on exotics/classics is a killer.

Taking the above into account, I'd only think about a Maserati as a disposable car lol
