Green Party of Canada | Parti Vert du Canada🟢 on Bluesky

Investing in our students is investing in our future. It’s time for education to be accessible to everyone. #VoteForIt

A white square on a green gradient background. Inside the box is a tweet from Elizabeth May. Above the tweet is a photo of her and her name. Below it, the tweet reads: “Education should be a right, not a privilege. The Green Party is committed to making that a reality with our promise of free tuition for all students. We need to stop burdening young people with debt and start investing in their future. That's the Green promise.” At the bottom of the page, a hashtag highlighted in green text reads “#AccessibleEducation”.

My concern is that if we are offering free tuition for students, then they need to be attaining a marketable degree.

If you have a knee-jerk reaction to try and defend a specific degree path, you and I are at the same point.
