Yeah, that's not how you do wavy road (it needs kerbs), that's how you get people driving over the lines.
It's like they played telephones and still half-assed the job (but got bonuses for a good job, and some kickbacks from the contractor).

I'd do my best to follow the lines, then people would start pulling up behind me and honking and I'd get so panicky because I have nothing in my arsenal for "road lines painted weird what the fuck is protocol" and just pull over and have a panic attack and remember to never go to PA again which is best for all of us.
Towns will throw money at anything but speed bumps these days.
Ok, it looks stupid, i agree, but I honestly believe this will make the road safer.
