Teenages having fun at the beach

GO! GO! GO! THE COOLEST MONSTER SHINDIG OF CHICKS AND CHILLS!

A young girl is killed at the beach in Malibu. Professor Otto Lindsay suspects that some sort of mutated fishman is to blame. However, his son Richard, thinks that it is a madman who has a grudge against him and his friends. Soon the list of victims grows.

I was about to say the same thing, but I looked it up and I don't think this film was on MST3K at all. That was the similar The Horror of Party Beach.
