He's getting too predictable. He should surprise everyone with the 3rd amendment. Nobody's gonna be expecting to have to put up troops in their own homes...
Folks just need to remember to hang and draw the troops before quartering them.
Actually, I came here to say this. The quartering of soldiers and seizure of weapons and property were among the biggest pain-points that led to open rebellion against the crown. Please, God, let Orange Man be stupid enough to try this.
I'd say the 13th ammendment if he really wants to go hard.
