Singh is desperately trying to pivot to the issue of the minute to stay relevant and save the NDP by copying the Liberals.

The NDP should be acting as a strong third voice, offering new ideas and actual change. They should be championing electoral reform, inescapable taxes on the ultra wealthy, and protections for public education and healthcare.

We don't need another Liberal party, we need a strong NDP.

I sincerely hope Singh either resigns or is given the boot after this election. The party has sustained incredible losses under his leadership and they desperately need a new face that isn't associated with the Trudeau era.

The NDP are at risk of losing official party status right now. There is absolutely nothing Singh can bring to the table to make anybody care except a resignation speech.

This seems like it would help those wealthy folks who can afford new cars alot more. I would rather them focus on programs that can help all Canadian not just those already well off.

The NDP will be virtually wiped from existence in this election due to people fearing a vote split and going Liberal in order to prevent a Pierre Poppinfresh Maga-lite country. Yes, proportional representation could have prevented that. But it's not going to happen in a month.
