Google is deeply ingrained into my digital footprint. My wife uses FB Messenger for communication so I do as well. I have to use a Microsoft account to access Minecraft. I use Steam to access most of the rest of my game library.

Laptop by Apple, smartphone running android (google), all messaging via WhatsApp and I'm still on twitter too. IG and FB I only have for my business.
My biggest usage and pain is YouTube, I wish there would be some really good alternative (PeerTube, I know, but it is very unpopulated at the moment with what I am interested in). Gmail - working to find the solution that is best for me, I want to use my own domain, but I am not decided if to go with mailbox.org or somebody else…
Still have iPhone and iPad, but I will not buy a new one once these 2 don’t work anymore.
Windows at work, cannot decide there. But privately, I ordered my Slimbook with Linux, so bye bye Windows. We will probably also change our workstation to Linux soon. And I plan to install Linux Mint on my mother’s laptop too, see how she can work with it.
Messenger, I mostly use Telegram and Signal. WhatsApp just for a specific group, but I don’t really use it.
I don't own a smartphone since the area I live in has no cell towers nearby anyways, not much point. I have an old flip phone with a prepaid plan I keep in the car for emergencies, but otherwise I'm still living without.
I use tuta for my email, and privacy focused front ends when possible.
I've setup a Matrix server with bridges to Whatsapp and Discord so I don't need to use their clients, and have better control over what traffic is being sent/received.
My tablet, and any IoT devices, are kept in a VLAN so I don't need to worry about what kind of information they're sending back to them.
Facebook/IG/etc have never really been a thing in my life, so that's never been a problem for me to begin with.
All of my computers/servers run Linux with the exception of my Gaming Rig, which is currently running AtlasOS (modified Win10) but I'll be switching it to Linux at some point in the next few months.
More than I wish, but less than most. Still have Win 10 on my laptop, going for Linux Mint soon though. Got OneUI on my phone, but only got two months of payments left so getting something else and going for either GrapheneOS or /e/OS. And I use YouTube a LOT, but via Vanced on my phone. Stopped using anything from meta years ago, same with email and search from non-big tech providers.
