Reverse seared ribeye, oyster mushrooms, edible flowers. Fondant potatoes with crab and herb salad on the side.

Looks like a less common variety of mushroom

Yeah it did looks like the stem part of Eryngii(king oyster), or some sort of scallops. But it's crab on potate

Despite raising cattle, I don't eat a lot of steak, but when I do, it's a rib steak, rare.
