They did not issue a travel warning. Our foreign department wouldn't dare to critisize their American friends. They would not have jobs without "transatlantic help", after all.

Germany did NOT issue a travel warning for the US (yet).

What they did is adding to the general "travel note" about the US. We have these notes for basically any country.

The travel note, however, was rewritten to point out the new threats you might encounter while visiting the US. But still probably just an 5/10 on their warning scale.
