[...] I understand the other teams have also been affected in less ways. Itโ€™s unsure what effect this will have on the teams getting a car on track by Friday but my guess is it will involve a couple of very late nights.

If they have the parts they'll have the cars together. These are the same mechanics that can take a scrap heap from FP3 and have it on track for quali a couple hours later.

That was my first thought, but if it was Ferrari, they'd have messed it up and only screwed up their own freight.
