Kidding. Actually, I’ve been in therapy since July 2023, and I’ve learned a lot about coping with my solitude. Plus I have a dog, and I get to spend the other half of my time with my kids.
It also helps that I sleep a lot. 😁
Yeah I don't think that counts as alone a dog equals at least two humans.

Same. It's all I've ever wanted.
In my early 20s I wanted that. I even tried to do it. If I learned anything from that experience, it's a) Your peace of mind is worthless without a community to share it with, and b) You can run away from anything, anywhere, and anyone, but not from yourself. You end up learning that no matter where you are or what you're doing, you're still going to have to live with yourself, and that's the ultimate challenge of life.
No matter where you are, there you are.

I don't want to be alone, but living in the middle of fucking nowhere with my wife and a solid internet connection would be heaven.
