What's a few ingredients (fewer than 6) and "could make in less than a day" recipe for a vegan snack that's creamy like ice cream but not as cold as it?

Just make nicecream

bananas, almond milk, salt, vanilla extract. Blend until smooth consistency like icecream.

Add flavours like cocoa, or strawberries, or peanut butter to change it up. I'm not vegan but this seems like a great way to enjoy the feeling of ice cream, without the cold and I believe it classifies as vegan. Please correct me if it doesn't.

Random recipe list I found. https://feelgoodfoodie.net/recipe/nice-cream/

(It does count as vegan, don't worry lol) I'll try it out, thanks!

Jerusalem salad: Chop tomatoes and cucumbers, make a sauce of tahini, garlic, and lemon juice. Salt to taste and thin with water then mix with the veg. Optionally add red onion or herbs.

Creamy, delicious, only takes as long to make as you spend chopping veg.

Is it creamy like ice cream?

Yes, the tahini (sesame paste) is very creamy.

Curious if this counts: https://panlasangpinoy.com/ginataang-mais-filipino-dessert-recipe/#wprm-recipe-container-50542

"Ginataang Mais is a Filipino dessert and snack made from whole kernel corn and coconut milk."

Whip up vegan whipping cream with vanilla, sugar, a little instant coffee, a pinch of salt and a lot of cocoa powder. Beat till it's thick and smooth. Fridge for 8h+.

Idk what magic happens while it's in the fridge, but the result is vegan chocolate mousse. Seriously, it ends up completely full of tiny bubbles exactly like the non-vegan stuff. The taste and texture are fantastic too.

I've only ever used Oatly or Flora vegan whipping cream to make this, but I'm guessing it'll work with any as they should all share the same physical properties to whip up properly.
