Much better than my talking points. Ireland only seem to turn it on vs Scotland now. England are sill improving, watch out in 2026. Wales have a long way to go. Scotland need some new forwards. France finally showing their depth, and 7-1 benchs need banned. Italy also need some new forwards, their backs are fantastic too

I have 6 points though, one better than the lazy BBC

Why do you think 7-1 needs to be banned? I've always seen it as a high risk option, coach looks like a genius if he pulls it off and a fool if it doesn't work out.

It makes a mockery essentially game being for all shapes and sizes. Packs are getting bigger, and then backs aren't finding them tired and the space is being shut down. It also magnifies the disparity between playing nations' pools, and that isn't good for the global game or competitiveness

Fair point on the disparity between nations. Only a couple of teams can field that many extremely big players. I'm interested in how it would develop without intervention though.
