The rich wannabe oligarchs are taking over every social media platform and news agencies. Twatter, TikFuck, FaceFuck, Instabam, CNN, WaPo and now Reddit. To hell with all of them.

Is anyone willing to test if "eat the poor" is also considered violent?

The comments in this thread remind me of something, I forget the original medium, but it was about fairy tales.

Paraphrasing, it spoke about how people passed along fairy tales, not because of our belief in dragons existing, but to reassure us that dragons can be defeated.

Also I recommend everyone watch, or rewatch, V for Vendetta. Many may suggest reading it, which is absolutely as valid. However, as a fan of movies, Hugo Weaving's performance is in a league of it's own.

Recently had a friend tell me that he couldn't even read reddit comments anymore because of all the "SJW bs". "I'm as centrist as they come and reddit has just gone way too far left recently". I haven't spoken to him since and was a little surprised by the total lack of awareness, as he's generally a very intelligent & fun person.

There have been problematic comments in the past, but it's not possible to keep the peace with the current political/societal state - the mental / emotional exhaustion is just too much.

I was put on a 3 day ban for "hate" because I commented about the ongoing Palestine/Israel conflicts. Basically, I said Hamas committed a horrible act but the IDF/Netanyahu have also done terrible things. To be clear, I said BOTH groups have blood on their hands.

I was banned, but commenters who condemned Hamas/Palestine and called for ALL of them to be killed and then PRAISED the IDF/Netanyahu for killing them, were NOT banned.

Apparently, we are only allowed to speak out against one particular group 🇵🇸 ☪️. The other group 🇮🇱 🕎, is absolutely innocent, perfect, and has never harmed anyone. Allegedly.

We'll see if THIS gets deleted.

You make a short phrase where the last word rhymes with the word you want. So for "rich", the phrase could be "bait and switch". Then you drop the end and just use the first part, in this case "rich" becomes "bait". Eat the bait. You could also make one for "eat", say "sugar beet", then eat-->sugar.
