Can't get it anymore. It is a controlled substance now because it is so highly addictive. Many people can never quit. Just look at how many google searches there are for "how to quit vim"!

either Constable of the Tower of London, 1660-79, or Secretary of the Treasury 1770-82, the former known for swift execution of criminals, the latter for doing quick political deals.
Whichever it was replaced the phrase "quicker than you can say knife" which was a common phrase at the time.
