Treating everyone the same is not fairness… is that the point this headline is making? The article didn’t make it any clearer to me

wouldn't not installing ramps for disabled people also be considered "treating everyone the same"? If you dont take other person into account as they are, nothing good will come out of it.

Installing ramps is explicitly not treating them the same. It is making accommodations for them because they are not the same.
