I wonder if Apple keeps track of the Apple apps users have uninstalled/never opened on their devices?

I’m positive they do.

Also, this app is likely just a pretty frontend to data that Siri can use.

But to your point, I’m sure the stocks app is rarely used, too. Right? It’s existed since the dawn of the Dashboard on Mac OS X. I don’t know anyone who uses it.
