Not 2 tier justice. No justice, at all. Israeli military law, which is what governs the West Bank (and Gaza until 2005), doesn't protect Palestinians from Israelis at all. You can't even sue.

I get that these kind of illegal wild vendor cart can be considered dangerous considering how easy it can be to conceal a bomb inside of it.

FYI it was the same in Afghanistan. Every obstacle/object on or near the road could be a high potential threat.

Bruh ramed into it out of frustration because of the lack of local authority control there... Cause there is none... At least none willing to adresse these kind of hasards...

The best way to disarm IED's is to ram into random objects with your vehicle. A person on Lemmy told me this is what he did in Afghanistan.

Shame the food cart did not contain a bomb to blow up the IDF truck honestly.

They occupy the West Bank dipshit, the authority there is them and notably they're not at war.

Similarly yeah it was a war crime in Afghanistan and also an illegal war based off shit we know now to be lies they knew at the time were lies.
