I'm doing prep work for the Superbowl and on Sunday I have to be on site at a Superbowl fan event for the entire Superbowl. I don't like sports. I hate football. Should be fun.

This is a daily post for “casual” conversation. If you want to post or talk about something non autism related this is where to do it. For example if you want to info dump about your special interest but it doesn’t fall into “autism related” then you can post it here in the comments. All other rules are still active, be respectful to each other.

Tell me you’re not from the US without telling me you’re not from the US ;) They write it that way: mm-dd-yy

I'm choosing to not do something at work to see what breaks when I don't do it.

I'm three days away from failure.

Not going, is not an option? :)

Had a stressful but productive day at work. It's fulfilling and I feel useful, but I often ask myself if it is worth the numbing effect on introspection (feelings and body perception). And the energy drain. It is what it is, I guess. 🤷‍♀️

I wish it was an option. At least I get paid and there's food.

Wait, why are you going to the super bowl?

[–] Lexam@lemmy.world 1 points 11 months ago (1 children)

Not the Superbowl. A Superbowl event. Plan on showing up, eating food and then retreating to an office I have nearby.

Oh, that makes sense. I though you were going to say you were going to be on the field for a second
