FYI is stupid but it isn't DEI it is DEIA, hateful conservatives didn't want to attack minorities AND disabled people at the same time because they are pathetic cowards, so they drop the A when they bash DEI.
I am sure they all decided this in their big Asshole Bullies meeting, it is blatantly obvious.
It also confuses people because it is another (incorrectly spelled) acronomyn and that is always helpful when you are robbing the shit out of people.

That may be true, but at actual companies the term DEI is almost always used, not DEIA, for internal initiatives.

It used to be called affirmative action, and it's existed for at least 30 years. Then the liberals renamed it to dei a few years ago and it suddenly became the biggest threat to american democracy
