I read the post still dont understand why? By achieved their goals do they mean lineage has adopted their improvements?

Also can someone pls explain the lineage, graphene, divest drama/relations?

They achieved their goals while they where developing the OS, but now quit for personal reasons. There isn't any drama between GrapheneOS and DivestOS as far as I know.
