It seems like they both imply deletion, but I can still see the comment

Comment removed and user banned. Not sure why you can still see the comment, though. The API still returns the comment text even if it's removed, and the client has to redact it (that'd be a Sync thing).

I'd guess "Delete Comment" and "Ban User".

Could be it's not fully federated yet.

Lol I saw this person too. They had a pretty awful profile picture too. I think it was AI generated but it was pretty racist imo.
