But wouldnt you say that on general principle a well kept foot is better looking than an unhealthy one? Feet can get seriously fucked up. Ingrown nails, deformities, and all that.

Your comment just made me think about if i had an opinion on feet, and then decided yes, even though i'm not into feet i can recognize what looks bad and what does not.
Same like, just because you can recognize that someone is attractive does not mean you're attracted to them
maybe they're just not into crusty skin or calluses.
