Yeah, one got famous for disrespecting the body of a person that committed suicide in Japan's suicide forest. The other got famous for getting punched in the face a lot.
They're cancers on our world and embarassments to humanity.
But I mean the fact that they got famous for those things isn't really their fault. It's a condemnation of our society.

I really need to watch that film one day. A colleague recommended it to me once and a few months later, I found out he was a big fan of Boris Johnson and sympathetic to the far right. But he was also a good mate, despite me being the demographic the far right would like to eliminate. I don't know what to make of that.

When he talks of his own volition, he's in favour of things like workers' rights and social housing, but he also is a fan of Joe Rogan so he just parrots whatever he hears.
The funniest time was when I told him I was with Unite and was trying to get our department unionised. He came back with a long tirade about how my union is funded by blackrock and it's all a big con. I said I'm going to have to check this when I get home because that doesn't sound right.
Turned out he was mixing it up with Unite student accommodation, which has no relation. No, I didn't let him forget it.
Yeah I know, I haven't spoken to him in a while. But he was a decent mate, he's just been brainwashed by social media, you can tell he's just repeating verbatim what he's seen online. I'm in a position where the people around me are so toxic that he's probably still the best person I have on my side atm. That's how bad things are.
Pretty sure these guys would never be excellent to anyone.
Imagine what your brain would have to be like to have voted for this and to think it's normal and acceptable.
Then tell me what it's like, because I've spent over a decade now trying to imagine what it's like for all the Americans out there with significant brain damage and I simply can't.
