The worst part is, so many people we all know, watch that and get upset by the uppity guy who refuses to listen to facts.
The outrage in the comments is exactly why videos like this exist. This is reality TV.
Jubilee is garbage. No one’s point of view changes by watching 69 republicans debate a socialist tech-humanologist. It does make whoever owns Jubilee money though, so there is a net positive, for someone.
One cannot reason with a republican. They do not base their arguments on facts, figures, and good faith. They will provide their own (dubious) numbers, bogus studies, etc, to bolster their emotionally charged positions. They parrot what the talking heads on the actual fake news channels tell them to. Brain dead.
The only time I've watch these are breakdowns of debating tactics. There was also the one with Peterson where he showed he only did Mott and Bailey fallacies

When he was pushed to defend his statements, he'd deflect by arguing semantics and definitions of what words mean while he himself refused to really define anything. He just kept disagreeing with the opponents definitions.Then he tried make the debate about that.
It's crazy how she is using words given to her but incorrectly applied them to every instance. She even knows gish galloping! But she doesn't understand that a person asking one question to talk about one point is the opposite of gish galloping.
I came to say this!
A Gish gallop is when you throw out a bunch of false claims right after each other forcing your opponent to refute each one. Explaining the true situation take much longer, and makes you look like you are trying to manipulate facts.

This woman thinks being louder and more emotional makes her right. She just looks insane.
This was an infuriating watch. I would have told that woman to stop fucking yelling so many times, I admire his calm.
That show is by and large a waste meant to produce clips like these.
They're kept angry on purpose and now it's difficult for them to stop
Knowing jubilee they're probably kick him out if that happened and call him the uncivil one
I'm going to need some dental work from grinding my teeth listening to her repeat "you don't know economy" so many times.
I don't reccomend watching the whole episode then. Idk if I can even call her the worst of the bunch, there were so many awful people to pick from.
