Sourced from Pixiv. Also the post truly is titled "China Dress", and from what I've gathered that's how Japan generally refers to qipao/cheongsam dresses (or at least that's the Pixiv tag for it).
I love seeing the girls in alternate outfits, there's not enough of that out there. What do you think?
