It is really hood you just need to accept its BS and remember like 50 side chartchers.

Also there is a new versión but its ok but like 8 times shorter than the old ver you want old ver and its 150+eps

I'm not sure about spirits but ancient beer prolly had like 0.1% alcohol. Basically water, but clean water.

Fermented juice like wine, cider and similar things like mead get to around 13% ethanol through the fermentation alone, no special technological magic needed. I think it's fair to say it was the first method of acquiring alcohol, as it's very common in nature with, for example, birds getting high from eating not so fresh berries.
