Uh, yeah, clearing mines is incredibly time consuming, difficult, and impossible to fully guarantee, especially since we retired the one or two ships that specialized in mine defense a few years ago.

Trump's whole life can be thought of as one catastrophe after another involving Trump assuring people working with him that don't believe your lying eyes that isn't a minefield!!! at which point Trump crosses his fingers and hopes it is while thinking to himself ha! the idiots believed me again!
