Well she isnt pretty in the conventional sense, but she is far from ugly ugly, and looks like a very nice person.
Roald Dahl would say that, contrary to a truly ugly person, her positive thoughts "shine out of (her) face like sunbeams and (she) will always look lovely."

That is not even close to what the syndrome looks like.
She's Melissa Blake, and her blog is about her life with Freeman-Sheldon Syndrome.
It does present with a variety of symptoms and effects on appearance, so you may know someone with it who looks quite different.
She literally fucking has it. Like that’s not speculation.
I think she's cute. I would definitely be her friend. She looks like she makes a mean cup of coffee and loves gushing about books. ☺️
