I need it to check if some companies still exists. Had to use my mom's phone for some and got a lecture about "paranoia".

Street View isn't a reliable way of checking if a company still exists. Commercial registers exist for this exact reason. Calling the company's phone or sending them an email will probably also do the trick more accurately than looking at a potentially outdated picture of their store front.

Kinda, but this one has almost no scanned locations in my country (Brazil).
