WASHINGTON — Democratic Maine Senate hopeful Graham Platner commended Planned Parenthood for helping him get tested for sexually transmitted diseases as he grapples with scandals over his alleged adultery and debauchery.

While receiving an endorsement from Planned Parenthood Action Fund’s president, the horny oyster farmer heaped praise on the controversial abortion provider and recounted needing its services during his youth.

“I myself at a younger age … I got STI checks at the Portland Planned Parenthood. And it’s not an embarrassing thing. It’s a smart thing to do, especially when you’re younger,” Platner stressed during an event in Portland, Maine.

"Hot Guy Gets Laid, Incel Republicans Confused and Angry"

I mean... isn't it a good thing to get checked out for std's?

Sorry all. It just kinda made me chuckle to see this headline. Each manufactured scandal just gets more and more ridiculous.

Especially the use of the word 'reveals', as if it's some kind of dirty secret to make sure you're not inadvertently spreading VD.

I didn't realize this was the NY post at first and thought it was a positive article. I was like, "yes, I too go to sexual health experts for sexual health things". Although, the target audience is also a group of people that would benefit from seeing a veterinarian about their cold symptoms, so to each their own?

And somehow an organization that provides reproductive health services is “controversial”. Just farm them clicks while disguising it as journalism.

I was on the fence about this guy but how could I not vote for a horny oyster farmer?

Phenomenal evidence of aphrodisiac efficacy.

This is (I think the word is) cathartic for me.

I used to have a mini crush on a ex-marine coworker, until he uttered the words "planned parenthood is obsolete" to me. I nearly took his head off and threw it in the extruder.

Planned Parenthood is such an excellent and important health clinc, for she, he, they, and everyone or anyone. If offers all kinds of services.

edit: I love how they used "horny oyster farmer" in thier article, omg amazing

I got care there for my first pregnancy. It was high risk and I didn't have Medicaid yet. I think without their help I could have lost my baby. It's barbaric to try and get rid of them.

Planned parenthood isn't just for women.

It's a resource for parents (or parents to be) and they do lots of tests, like help you see if you have cancer.

Unlike the religious organizations that actually don't give a fuck about you while trying to convince you to save the baby.

Who the fuck cares. America is pathetic, fullstop on the whole spectrum of it's political and lifestyle cultures.

It feels so shitty to even be a part of this wasted country. Not even just shitty, it's starting to feel like actual evil.

Not only does it seem like America can't be "saved" but America as we thought it was may have never even existed. Maybe it was all manipulation and no integrity of the human story.
