What the hell kind of address is "N 25 E"? It can't be both North and East. You have to pick one. Also, "25" what? Street? Road? Boulevard?
In Yuma, az, the roads are like this.

I knew it. Utah really, really loves naming their streets like this.
If anyone's in doubt, you can see it for yourself. Open an online map and zoom in on any city, or even town, in Utah. Just pick one at random - they pretty much all have streets with a name of some number + some direction. It's honestly kinda of impressive.
Editing before comments inevitably arise:
I'm not saying all streets are named this way, but that streets of this naming scheme exist in almost every city/town. It's an important distinction, and the existence of other streets makes the regularity of the number + direction schema no less impressive.
I think it's pretty much universal OUTSIDE of town to have this variety of address.

Mfs moved west and decided street names werent useful, I guess. Youll never see a city in the eastern half/third of the US with a “226th Street” but most major cities west of the Mississippi have a ridiculous lack of street names. Just mundane shit instead
Edit: I looked it up out of curiosity and actually proved myself wrong. In NYC the highest numbered street is 263rd street in the Bronx. And Manhattan proper goes up to 220th street. But NYC is kind of the exception I suppose. The highest numbered street in Atlanta is 14th. Boston has no numbered streets at all

Funny, but too many words to read while passing it going 35...
You could try stopping at the red light.
Relying on your intended audience to reattempt an intersection to read your sign is not a great business plan.
Must be why you never see signs at intersections I guess. Or maybe you capture some people with nothing else to do but read your sign.
Seeing signs and being able to read the important part (which is located at the bottom of this sign, so the last thing that gets read)are two different things.
