I don't remember Iran sponsoring any terrorism in the region
I do remember the US and Israel sponsoring and being sponsored to be terrorists in the region and outside the region
So the agreement could be simpler.... It basically says the US (and allies) stop breaking internationallaw, and pay Iran a fuckload of money to rebuild all the stuff they blew up while breaking international law. Iran must agree to continue to abide by the lawful agreements that were in place before the pointless and illegal US military assault.

Estimating this fiasco will cost at least $600B, that sits around $2000 per American. That doesn't even factor in the indirect costs like increased oil prices, decreased trade, and lost jobs. That lot sure is winning!

WW1 was an actual war, something they keep denying here, so if the cost of 4 years of catastrophic war is only 2x absolutely no war, sounds like a bad deal.
