So you can eat like a bird.

A peck at a time, and twice their own body weight, daily?

It's amazing that they have ANY time left for flying, and singing, and mating dances, and mating tbh

I mean, if he has that many less calories he can eat the next day before hitting his quota/limit, then this would technically work.

Not good for digestion to eat before sleep, though. Can cause indigestion or even seepage.

Bro is projecting his own issues with eating late onto all of us.

Stay out of medicine. The kind of people who would dismiss medical procedure or advice due to the context making them uncomfortable is too dang many, you'd probably turn away women with heart attacks.

I tried to find a better study specifically about eating schedule but the only one I could find was paywalled.

Which issues? Pointing out that you forgot to answer a one word question? I don’t think that’s an issue with me…

That you're incapability makes you so angry about everything.

[–] ayyy@sh.itjust.works 1 points 1 day ago

The guy who can’t answer one word questions is calling me incapable…

This is why when I used to track, I used a running 7-day average. Some days you just want to eat more, and that's not a bad thing.

[–] mycodesucks@lemmy.world 2 points 1 day ago

Intermittent fasting still alive and well, I see.
