Ukraine already has the tech to hit those trucks despite the nets.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fire_Point_FP-1

capable of delivering a warhead over distances up to 1,600 km
Recent capability expansions include carrying two deployable FPV drones on the wings.

I think you have it backwards in this instance, they’re worried about drones coming out of the trucks and attacking his residence.

I get the urge to watch videos of Operation Spiderweb quite frequently. There will be a movie made about it sometime...

Would this actually stop anything? Why wouldn’t the truck just quietly shift forward 30 feet to freedom at 3 AM? Remote control trucks have been a thing for like 20 years now

For Operation Spiderweb, the truckers were unwitting participants. Instructing them to behave unusually would be treated with great suspicion.

A remote control truck would be very unusual in Russia right now.

But can't the trucks park right before it!!??!!?

What prevents the quadcoper from just flying out from under the net? Looks like they've got 6 feet to play with

So make the drones start from a moving truck?

Idea noted.
