The rules for posting and commenting, besides the rules defined here for lemmy.world, are as follows:

Rules (interactive)

Rule 1- All posts must be legitimate questions. All post titles must include a question.

All posts must be legitimate questions, and all post titles must include a question. Questions that are joke or trolling questions, memes, song lyrics as title, etc. are not allowed here. See Rule 6 for all exceptions.

Rule 2- Your question subject cannot be illegal or NSFW material.

Your question subject cannot be illegal or NSFW material. You will be warned first, banned second.

Rule 3- Do not seek mental, medical and professional help here.

Do not seek mental, medical and professional help here. Breaking this rule will not get you or your post removed, but it will put you at risk, and possibly in danger.

Rule 4- No self promotion or upvote-farming of any kind.

That's it.

Rule 5- No baiting or sealioning or promoting an agenda.

Questions which, instead of being of an innocuous nature, are specifically intended (based on reports and in the opinion of our crack moderation team) to bait users into ideological wars on charged political topics will be removed and the authors warned - or banned - depending on severity.

Rule 6- Regarding META posts and joke questions.

Provided it is about the community itself, you may post non-question posts using the [META] tag on your post title.

On fridays, you are allowed to post meme and troll questions, on the condition that it's in text format only, and conforms with our other rules. These posts MUST include the [NSQ Friday] tag in their title.

If you post a serious question on friday and are looking only for legitimate answers, then please include the [Serious] tag on your post. Irrelevant replies will then be removed by moderators.

Rule 7- You can't intentionally annoy, mock, or harass other members.

If you intentionally annoy, mock, harass, or discriminate against any individual member, you will be removed.

Likewise, if you are a member, sympathiser or a resemblant of a movement that is known to largely hate, mock, discriminate against, and/or want to take lives of a group of people, and you were provably vocal about your hate, then you will be banned on sight.

Rule 8- All comments should try to stay relevant to their parent content.

Rule 9- Reposts from other platforms are not allowed.

Let everyone have their own content.

Rule 10- Majority of bots aren't allowed to participate here. This includes using AI responses and summaries.

Personally I think the Saddam Hussein equse tiny ducked caricature is much funnier than Mr Garrison.

Never really like Garrison as a character tbh, seemed like a more try hard and less tolerable version of Randy. (Don't even get me started on the trans storyline)

But the way Trump was portrayed in South Park as of recently seems a lot more spiteful towards the moronic war criminal, and I'm all for it. It's just a lot funnier that they chose to boastfully roast GOP and have a outrageous storyline of Trump fucking and impregnating Satan.

Much funnier than the messy 20th season

I stopped watching South park a long time ago. I really prefer the early seasons before they started making each episode the week it airs. Less topical is more entertaining to me.

While I love the earlier seasons, depending on the topic, some of the new eps can be pretty good too. Chin diapers instead of masks πŸ‘Œ

But mask discourse is very dated now. I haven't thought about face masks in years, why would I care about topical humor based around it? Underpants gnomes are timeless.

They didn't really plan for Garrison to be Trump for that long, he was just supposed to be the stand-in "crazy person running for president" and they didn't expect him to actually win. So when he did they had kind of written themselves into a corner and the entire season after that a mess. I definitely prefer Saddam Trump.

Yeah, that's quite a downside to making a single episode in just 6 days, consider this a hot take but I think the 3-week delay inbetween season 27 and 28 gives Matt and Trey enough breathing room to plan out their commentary.

They ain’t saying anything we all ain’t saying or thinking.

No arguments there.

Still funny after 29 years, it's impressive. They lasted way longer than the Simpsons.

I'm sad they only did one AI-generated video of Trump.

As much as I don't like AI, I think the Trump PSA in Sermon on the Mount is now one of my top 5 favourite SP gags.

You kept the attention whore post up and deleted the post crying about the word cunt?

Hahahahaha. Goddamn it’s just a perfect example of performative feminism.

[–] Akasazh@lemmy.world 3 points 7 hours ago (1 children)

What the fuck are you taking about?

[–] velma@lemmy.blahaj.zone 2 points 7 hours ago (1 children)

OP is rage baiting in multiple communities and he’s doing so really poorly lol

[–] Akasazh@lemmy.world 2 points 7 hours ago* (last edited 7 hours ago) (1 children)

Ah, well your outburst in this thread seemed wildly of topic without that context.

Not sure how the performative feminism comes into it tbh. Nor how this particular posts is ragebait.

Eh if mods want to take my comment down, I’ve got no problem with that.

It was simply a comment directed at OP.

He was already told that saying South Park is a good LGBT+ representative was bait and he’s here now with this post, so there now his piss poor rage baiting is topical lol
