I'm with EzySim for my cheap annual plan. I change provider most years but it's normally around $110. I've used Aldi, Kogan and Coles in the past. Be sure to turn off the auto-renew.

Mines in November so I get EOY sales. But yeah, that's a good deal.
Check Aldi prepaid(edit: looks pricier than I remember).
If you need country/remote coverage, Boost prepaid yearly. About $300 though.

Yep the onepass or kogan, i thought the kogan was the same price but looks like it was a temporary promo thing, the closest is $10 more:
