I think Weezer had multiple albums titled "Weezer"
Six of them apparently. Not commonplace in the 2000s, but was a regular sight in the 60s. Bowie's first two albums, released two years apart, are both called 'David Bowie'.
But the black album didn't have a song titled "Metallica".
"Bad Company" is a song by the hard rock band Bad Company that was released on their debut album Bad Company in 1974.
I only remembered one, so I looked it up

The only one I remembered was motorhead, though once I saw the list I facepalmed having forgotten several of them that I had noticed pulled a trifecta in the past.

well fine young cannibals freshman album was fine young cannibals but no song was called that. I think this is a bit common with bands for the first album to have the bands name as a title. Almost all tull albums have a song with the same name as the album since aqualung.
Living Color had a song Living Color, but the album name was Vivid.
